It all started in Belgium

“ Now, with over a decade in the industry, I’m excited to bring my vision of the modern bicycle mechanic to Queenstown. ”

I dedicated my life to bicycles, learning the craft of bike mechanics from the ground up. Over the years, I worked my way up from mechanic to workshop manager and eventually store manager.

A highlight of my career was working on the professional downhill circuit, where I had the privilege of wrenching for the Dorval AM - Commencal World Cup team. I worked with World Champion Camille Balanche and two-time Vice-World Champion Benoît Coulanges, pushing my skills and attention to detail even further under the guidance of head mechanic Yanick.

Beyond mechanics, I also love to teach. I became an MTB coach and guide in Queenstown, and now I offer MTB coaching through ONWARD MTB alongside my mechanical services.
